Our Real Estate Division is led by Jerry B. Udell. Mr. Udell
is the only person Certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada
as a Specialist in Real Estate in Essex, Kent or Lambton County.
The Real Estate Department is devoted to land development
work, credit union, bank and financial institution work, and
provides efficient and knowledgeable expertise to financial
institutions, private and corporate clients, as well as institutional
clients. Our clients include first time homebuyers, as well
as individuals who are purchasing a newly built or already
occupied home. We are full automated with the latest real
estate electronic title search and registration software.
