Jeffrey MacKinnon was born in Brantford, Ontario on November
23, 1971. He articled with the McTague Law Firm prior to joining
the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2002. Mr. MacKinnon
practices in the Business Law Department with an emphasis on
corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance,
commercial real estate transactions and related tax issues.
Mr. MacKinnon also practices in the area of Estate Planning
and Administration.
