Jerry Udell was born in Hamilton, Ontario on December 17, 1948. He joined the McTague Law Firm in 1994 and became a partner in 1998. Mr. Udell is the partner
heading a very active Real Estate, Mortgage and Mortgage Remedy Department. He lectures frequently on behalf of the Law Society of Upper
Canada and Canadian Bar Association in the Mortgage Remedy/Secured Transaction areas and brings over 25 years of experience to the Land
Development and Real Estate field of law. Mr. Udell is a registered Patent & Trademark Agent certified by the Department of Consumer
and Corporate Affairs Canada. He has been involved in numerous patent and trademark matters and has assisted in the registration of numerous
trademarks, patents and contracts relating to inventions and designs.
