Josephine Stark was born in Windsor, Ontario, on September 20, 1959. She articled
with the McTague Law Firm prior to joining the firm in 1985 and became a partner
in 1993. Since joining the firm, Miss Stark has practised in the Litigation Department
appearing before various boards and courts including the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Miss Stark has extensive experience in the litigation field including contract disputes, estate disputes, as well as the defence of municipalities, school boards and various professionals.
